You’ll work closely with our team to ensure every customer receives outstanding service and their vehicle is maintained to the highest standards.*Key Responsibilities** Carry out advanced diagnostic work and complex repairs* Support and mentor junior technicians* Maintain accurate service documentation* Ensure compliance with industry and brand standards* Work efficiently to meet workshop and customer deadlines*What We’re Looking For** Senior/Master Technician level qualification or equivalent* Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills* Experience working within a main dealer or fast-paced workshop* Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points* A passion for delivering exceptional customer service* Main Dealer Experience is preferred.* Minimum qualification - Level 3 Technician* Level 3 EV an advantageAs a company we offer a wide range of industry-leading benefits for our dedicated staff to ensure they have a good work-life balance and are well rewarded for their hard work.
