Overview
As a Sensory Panelist, you will support our Quality team in the flavour evaluation of Molson Coors brands and new products in development, ensuring they meet the needs of the consumer. You will undergo taste training and performance evaluation on a weekly basis, developing your tasting and assessment of flavour ability using the feedback from these sessions. You will product match Molson Coors brands, evaluating the sensory impact of new processes, and providing independent and objective sensory data on which Technical, Marketing and Production can make business decisions. It’s a fascinating process where you can truly impact our brands.
Responsibilities
• Conduct weekly taste training and performance evaluation.
• Product match Molson Coors brands and evaluate the sensory impact of new processes.
• Provide independent and objective sensory data to support business decisions for Technical, Marketing and Production.
Qualifications
• Well-developed sense of taste and smell and a passionate interest in food, drink and flavours.
• Ability to embrace change, work co-operatively with others and express disagreement in a constructive manner.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Food quality background is preferred.
