Recruit4Staff are pleased to be representing their client, a leading engineering company in their search for a Workshop Fitter to work in their leading facility near North Allerton.
The Role - Workshop Fitter
* Fitting of a variety of products onto a variety of Trucks
* Hydraulics work
* Working from engineering drawings
* Use of hand and power tools
* Carrying out necessary repairs where required
* Carrying out installation work (Fitting of a variety of products onto the backs of Wagons)
* Wiring
* Installing cranes on to the back\'s of Wagons
* Bolting up
The Client Is Offering
* Competitive salary paying up to £33,000 depending on experience
* Monday to Friday (Days 8:00 am – 4:30 pm on Fridays) with a 30 minute lunch break
* Permanent vacancies within an expanding business
* Overtime is paid at time/half over standard hours.

What our client is looking for in a Workshop Fitter
* Previous fitting or mechanical assembly experience - ESSENTIAL
* Good Engineering knowledge
* Knowledge of Hydraulics
* Experienced working from engineering drawing - ESSENTIAL
* Fitting experience working on HGVs is highly advantageous.
