* NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualification (desirable)
* Proven experience as a Painter & Decorator
* Strong skills in all decorating techniques, including gloss, emulsion, and prep work
* Comprehensive painting toolkit (brushes, rollers, scuttles, extensions, scrapers, whites/overalls)
* Reliability and a professional attitude
* Ability to work to deadlines and specifications
