About the Position As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer, you'll spearhead the development of LLM-powered products at the forefront of marketing and advertising technologies. Utilizing your expertise in systems architecture and building web applications full-stack, you'll play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and enhancing our range of AI-driven solutions. You'll hold direct responsibility for large components of our web application, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including AI engineers, product managers, and designers, to deliver robust and innovative solutions that drive tangible business outcomes. The role is linked with our office in London, but we offer remote work in the UK. What You’ll Be Doing Lead the architecture design and the implementation of scalable and secure web applications. Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including AI engineers, product managers and designers, to conceptualize and shape innovative and impactful solutions. Provide mentorship to junior team members and cultivate a culture of collaboration and innovation. Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends and evaluate their potential impact on the business. Qualifications 5 years of experience in full-stack web development. Proven experience with Typescript and React, and building full-stack applications with these technologies. Familiarity and experience with the latest advancements in the React ecosystem. Extensive experience with system design and data modeling. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to guide and inspire a team.
