In this pivotal role, you will work closely with the Operations Manager to provide leadership, ensure regulatory compliance, and support and mentor home managers and staff. Your expertise will directly influence both the quality of care and the operational success of each home. Key Responsibilities Lead, inspire, and manage teams to deliver exceptional resident care aligned with the organisation's vision and values. Recruit, train, and mentor care home managers and staff, fostering a positive, supportive, and inclusive workplace culture. Oversee financial and business performance, including budgeting, reporting, and identifying growth opportunities.
