We’re looking for a collaborative, positive and highly skilled Junior Creative 3D Designer to join our fastpaced production house. No two days are the same at Echo—projects move quickly, expectations are high, and your creativity must be matched by precision, problemsolving, and a proactive spirit.
You’ll report directly to the Creative Design Lead and the Head of Design and play a key role in bringing concepts from initial idea to final realisation.
What We’re Looking For
Core Skills – Must Haves
* Cinema 4D or Blender modelling and rendering skills
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
* Digital Sketching
* Strong communication and presentation skills
* Solid understanding of designing for manufacture
Core Skills – Good To Have
* Solidworks or Fusion 360 knowledge
* Basic SketchUp knowledge
* AutoCAD knowledge
* 3D animation
* Background in architecture or interior design is appreciated

* Meticulous attention to detail
* Levelheaded, positive, and able to thrive in highpressure environments
* A proactive learner with a collaborative mindset

What You’ll Do Day-to-Day
* Research, conceptualise, and develop innovative design solutions
* Deliver highquality client presentations
* Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
* Work closely with designers, fabrication teams and project managers
* Visit sites to understand project requirements
* Uphold Echo’s sustainability principles throughout your design process
* Support additional studio and fabrication tasks when required
