At STACK Seaburn we have the ideal opportunity for someone looking to take the leap into management whilst also being a key team player in the Kitchen
You will be running the following operation's within STACK, looking after our two very own Street Food operations Holy Duck & Zza Pizza & Yolo Coffee Kitchen.
What we require from you
Must Have:
At least 2 years kitchen Experience at Sous Chef level
Leadership Skills
Stock Management
Food Safety Management
. Must be hands on.
Preferred:
Food Safety level 2 and 3
First aid training certificate
Experience in front facing guest relations
What we will provide you:
Full training will be given on all our in house systems
You will have the full support & guidance of our Food Operations Team
