As a Sales Progressor, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring property transactions move smoothly from reservation to completion. You’ll be the key point of contact for buyers, vendors, solicitors, and brokers—keeping everything on track and delivering a seamless client experience. The role is office based with no weekend work.
Key Responsibilities
* Progress property sales from reservation through to completion
* Liaise with solicitors, mortgage brokers, block managers, letting agents and clients
* Proactively chase updates and manage timelines
* Identify and resolve delays or issues in the sales process
* Keep accurate records and update internal systems
* Provide outstanding customer service at every stage
What We’re Looking For
* Previous experience in property sales progression (preferred but not essential)
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
* Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously
