The business is looking for someone with strong credit control experience who can quickly slot into the role and manage accounts with confidence and accuracy.
What you'll need to succeed
* Chasing outstanding payments via phone and email
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and internal teams
* Allocating payments and reconciling customer accounts
* Preparing aged debt reports and supporting month-end processes
* Investigating and resolving invoice and payment queries
* Ensuring compliance with company credit policies and procedures
