As part of our Resource Management (RM) team, you'll play a critical role in shaping the careers of our consultants while driving forward the success of our business.
The Opportunity
We are looking for an Associate Resource Manager (ARM) to join our growing, global Resource Management function. Supporting a defined group of consultants (c.150 people) across levels—from analysts to senior client partners—you'll partner with Senior Resource Managers to align the right people with the right opportunities.
You'll collaborate across Consulting's four capability areas:
* Assessment & Succession
* Leadership Development
* Organizational Strategy
* Total Rewards
This is a role that blends stakeholder influence, people insight, and data-driven decision-making in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
What You'll Do
* Partner with leaders & managers to align talent with client needs, optimizing utilization and impact.
* Know your people—their skills, aspirations, and potential—and match them with opportunities to grow.
* Solve complex resourcing challenges, balancing internal and contingent talent pools.
* Forecast & plan, ensuring the right capacity for future projects.
* Leverage data & reporting to provide insights on utilization, workforce planning, and business needs.
* Champion process excellence, driving improvements in tools, systems, and ways of working.
What We're Looking For
* Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience).
* Proven experience in resource management, workforce planning, or related fields.
* Familiarity with RM tools/software (e.g., Smartsheet, Workday).
* Excellent influencing, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
* Strong analytical and reporting abilities, with commercial awareness.
* Collaborative and adaptable, comfortable working across cultures and geographies.
* Detail-oriented, process-driven, and always looking for better ways of doing things.
* Multilingual skills a plus.
