Responsibilities
Processing and managing client applications and documentation Liaising with team members and external contacts to ensure processes run smoothly.
Handling incoming calls and emails, providing a high standard of customer service.
Updating company systems and maintaining accurate records.
Preparing documents and correspondence in line with company standards.
Providing general administrative support, including diary management and meeting coordination
Welcoming visitors and offering professional support face-to-face and over the phone
Qualifications & Skills
Previous administration or office-based experience (desirable but not essential)
Strong IT skills, with good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
