Connells Group is looking for a Trainee Mortgage & Protection Advisor to join our successful team in our Connells Rayleigh branch.
This is an exciting opportunity for a driven sales professional looking to build a long-term career in financial services. No mortgage experience is required, but you must have a strong background in sales and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
* Build strong relationships with customers and Estate Agency colleagues.
* Generate new business and maximise referral opportunities.
* Develop an understanding of mortgage and protection products through structured training.
* Support customers throughout their home-buying journey.
* Deliver excellent customer service while working towards performance targets.
* Progress towards becoming a fully qualified Mortgage & Protection Advisor.
Skills & Experience
* Proven sales experience with a strong track record of achieving targets.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
* Self‑motivated, ambitious and career‑focused.
* Strong customer service skills and a professional approach.
* Organised, resilient and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
* Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
