We are looking for a highly experienced Reward & Payroll Manager to join our clients Finance team and take ownership of compensation and payroll processes across their global offices (UK, US, Europe). In this key role, you’ll collaborate closely with HR to manage payroll operations, lead the annual compensation cycle, support workforce planning, and contribute to strategic projects such as EU pay transparency readiness and FP&A tool development.
What you’ll do:
* Manage end-to-end payroll processes across multiple jurisdictions
* Lead annual salary and bonus review cycles
* Deliver workforce planning and board reporting
* Provide regulatory remuneration reporting and market benchmarking
* Partner with Finance and HR on strategic compensation initiatives

What we’re looking for:
* 5+ years in reward/compensation, including 3+ years in in-house payroll
* Financial services experience (ideally LLP/private equity)
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
* Advanced Excel and payroll/HRIS system proficiency (e.g. Cascade, Moorepay, Anaplan)
* CIPP qualification is a strong advantage
