The role involves supporting community activities, including running the Inspire By Stonehaven shop and community garden, and participating in outdoor activities, sports, and social events. Experience in retail, crafting, gardening, or baking is desirable. Training in areas like diabetes, learning disabilities, and first aid is provided.
Shift patterns are 9.15am-3.45/4.45pm, Monday to Saturday. We are recruiting Relief staff, valuing individuals' values over formal experience. Our core values include We Deliver, We Aspire, We Respect, and We Enable, guiding high-quality care.
