Administration and Customer Service Assistant Swansea £25000 for a 35 hour week Opportunity to join a busy sales administration department to provide administrative support and customer service to the existing customers. The Role This is a full time permanent position working on site Monday to Friday 08:30AM - 04:30PM. Duties will include: Dealing with customer enquiries Managing customer orders through the system Internal liaison with purchasing, warehouse and process departments Liaising with customers both over the phone and via email Building rapport and solid customer relationships Working with excel spreadsheets and in house computer systems Problem solvingRequirements The successful applicant will have the following experience, skills and attributes: Solid experience in an administrative role is essential Experience providing customer service is essential Computer literacy including excel spreadsheets Confident to communicate in writing and verbally with clients in a professional manner A flexible employee willing to help out wherever requiredIn Return This role offers a good work home balance with a 35 hour week.
