Our Sales Assistants always put our customers first by greeting and assisting them, providing the best in-town service with a smile, and helping to maintain excellent store standards. At the core of our stores, you will create a welcoming environment and deliver the best service and experience to our customers.
This role offers the opportunity to complete a Retailer Level 2 Apprenticeship (England & Wales).
What Your Day Will Look Like
As a Sales Assistant, you will:
* Ensure excellent customer service in every interaction, being friendly, welcoming, and helpful
* Respond efficiently to till queues to maintain customer satisfaction
* Process till transactions securely, quickly, and accurately
* Work as part of the store team to create a fun and friendly environment
* Live the company values by taking individual responsibility and working towards team goals
* Handle cash and operate tills accurately and responsibly
* Promote store changes and promotions timely and accurately
You should be flexible with your working hours, as shifts may be required.
