Our 360° omni-channel approach includes a robust physical presence in over 500 retailers across eight countries and four flagship stores in the UK and Ireland.
Our product portfolio includes over 140 makeup, skincare, and body products, all proudly certified by Leaping Bunny and recognized with 40+ industry awards. With an extensive range of complexion products offering over 100 foundation shades, Sculpted by Aimee is dedicated to celebrating real skin and promoting minimal retouching in our social media and campaigns.

Due to this exciting growth, Sculpted by Aimee are looking for a full-time Graphic Designer to join the growing Creative team. This hybrid role will support across all areas of the business with a key focus on print and in-store merchandising, reporting to our Lead Designer.
Accountabilities Include
* Design and develop creative assets across all touchpoints, including print collateral, retail POS, visual merchandising, packaging, web, digital, and social.
* Create eye-catching in-store visuals, signage, and displays that elevate the customer experience and drive retail engagement.
* Collaborate closely with the marketing, ecommerce, and retail teams to ensure consistency across brand storytelling.
* Work with external print and production partners to ensure flawless execution of all physical assets.
* Support campaign launches and BAU activity with creative design across everything from OOH, events, press releases, in store merchandising, CRM, web and digital ads.
* Maintain brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries to keep the brand fresh and relevant.
* Stay on top of design, retail, and beauty industry trends to inspire new ideas.
Experience Needed
Key Skills & Qualifications:
* 3-5+ years' experience in a design role, preferably within beauty, fashion, or lifestyle industries.
* Degree in Graphic Design or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
* Strong portfolio showcasing print design, web, and retail/VM execution.
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
* Knowledge of production processes, print finishes, and preparing artwork for print.
* Proactive, well-organised self-motivator with ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong eye for typography, layout, and brand identity.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
