The Opportunity
You will work at the centre of some of the most sophisticated financing transactions in the market, supporting regional and national clients on a broad spectrum of deals. This includes real estate finance, leveraged finance and corporate lending matters for UK clearing banks, European and investment banks, independent funders and corporate borrowers — from listed companies to fast‑growth SMEs.
What You’ll Do
* Work across a broad range of banking transactions, including real estate finance, leveraged finance and corporate lending
* Support partners and senior lawyers on complex, high‑value matters, including UK and cross‑border finance deals
* Draft, negotiate and advise on finance documentation across a variety of transactions
* Develop strong client relationships and contribute to business development initiatives
* Collaborate effectively within a high‑performing national team and build specialist knowledge within a market‑leading practice
* Play a key role in the continued growth of our Finance team through proactive engagement and excellent client service
