Your new role
We’re recruiting KS2 teachers for flexible supply work across Coventry. Roles range from day-to-day cover to longer placements, with opportunities to teach across Years 3–6. You may be delivering pre-planned lessons, supporting pupils through key curriculum areas, or taking short-term responsibility for a class. Each placement offers the chance to work with supportive staff who value clarity, consistency and a professional approach. Whether you enjoy the variety of different schools or prefer settling into onemunity, we’ll help you find the right fit.
What you'll need to succeed
1. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
2. Recent experience teaching within KS2
3. Strong behaviour management and a confident, structured teaching style
4. Flexibility to adapt to different school cultures and expectations
5. Good organisational skills and a calm, practical approach
6. Amitment to creating a positive, focused learning environment
