An exciting full-time opportunity to join one of Yorkshire’s most highly rated law firms who are looking to expand on their existing Conveyancing Department. We are seeking a highly experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor / Licensed Conveyancer (3 years PQE).

* Profit share arrangements – 25% of all profit for billings over £150,000

Main duties and responsibilities:
* Responsible for handling your own caseload of residential sales and purchases, to include both freehold and leasehold
* Preparing SDLT forms and preparing other transactions
* Providing an excellent level of client care at all times
* Liaising with clients and third parties
* Supporting other members of the team
What we need from you:
* 3 years PQE as a qualified solicitor or licensed conveyancer.
* Extensive Residential property experience.
* Autonomous and self-sufficient
* Demonstrable experience of providing clients with quality advice and guidance.
* Strong technical and IT skills.
