BramahHR are seeking a skilled Conveyancer to join our client based just outside of Doncaster. As a licensed Conveyancer, you will be responsible for facilitating property transactions and ensuring legal compliance. This role requires excellent time management, IT skills, and strong communication abilities. Responsibilities:- Manage the conveyancing process from start to finish, including drafting contracts and legal documents- Conduct property searches and investigate title deeds- Liaise with clients, solicitors, estate agents, and other parties involved in the transaction- Provide advice on property-related matters and legal requirements- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations- Prepare completion statements and handle financial transactions- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and documentation
Requirements:- Licensed Conveyancer - Proficiency in IT systems and software used in conveyancing processes- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders- Organisational skills to maintain accurate records and manage paperwork efficiently
