Joining our Tela IT MSP division, this role is perfect for a Business Development Manager experienced in the technical MSP space. The position entails 90% new business development focused on the Midlands, with 10% account management responsibilities that will evolve as you expand your customer base.
Duties
1. Introduce new customers to Tela Technology through self-generation and networking
2. Cross-sell to Tela's existing customer base and collaborate with the account management team
3. Propose tailored solutions for potential customers, liaising with the technical team as necessary
4. Prepare and deliver quotations and proposals
5. Provide exceptional account management through regular contact and performance reviews
Person Specification
This role requires selling IT Support services to end customers (B2B). The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter who thrives in a team environment and aligns with Tela's commitment to exceptional customer experience. A valid driver's license is a must.
Work Location
This hybrid role involves commuting to Head Office (Solihull) 2-3 days per week.
Salary & Benefits
Basic salary: £35,000-£40,000
