About the role This role will see worked on some very exciting projects within the aviation and agri-tech sectors, but could also give you exposure to life sciences, higher education and world-class sports teams (think very fast cars). When you start in this position you will be deployed on a £60m agri-tech project for a well-known instituion and have complete autonomy over delivery and client relationship as youll report into a PM partner who manages a much wider team. Depending on your appetite, there is a real chance to grow this region, develop new client relationships and to build a team around you. Requirements Experience within the built environment with a multi-disciplinary/construction consultancy. Track record of delivering projects from inception to completion is needed. Track record of delivering projects with values from £10m. Construction related degree is beneficial. MRICS/MCIOB is beneficial. Commutable distance to Gloucestershire.
