Job Title: Payroll Officer
Location: Paddock Wood, Kent
Contract Details: Temporary - 6 months
Salary: Hourly rate from £13 - £16ph
Working Pattern: Part Time, 17.5 hours per week

Responsibilities:
As a Payroll Officer, you will work closely with the Head of UK HR and the HR team to ensure accurate and timely payment for all employees. Your main responsibilities will include:
7. Handling 2 monthly payrolls for different employee groups
8. Utilising the ADP system for both hourly paid and salaried personnel
9. Liaising with Payroll bureaus for European employees
10. Managing HMRC-related payroll requirements and staying updated on legislative/statutory changes
11. Administering employee benefits, such as My Benefits/Bupa Cash plan/Bupa medical/Life assurance/Death in Service and Aviva pension
12. Working with salary data providers and utilising the Hay evaluation system for grading employees
13. Managing the ADP payroll provider software for various administrative tasks

Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
23. Familiarity with ADP software
24. HRIS experience
25. Knowledge of UK payroll legislation
