THE ROLE: As Regional Sales Manager, you will drive sales across the North West and North Wales, selling a range of orthopaedic implants including plates, screws, nails and fixation systems. You'll work closely with orthopaedic surgeons, scrub teams and procurement while managing and developing a team of 2 Clinical Specialists and 1 Clinical Manager. The role is field based 3-4 days per week with a strong focus on coaching commercial performance and growing key accounts.
YOUR CAREER: This business offers genuine progression opportunities, with the potential to move into National Sales Manager or Sales Director positions within 12 months as part of long-term succession planning.
THE PERSON: We are looking for applicants with orthopaedic sales experience and existing surgeon relationships across the territory. Leadership experience is beneficial, but senior sales professionals looking for their first management role will also be considered.
