Office & Personal Assistant to a Prestigious Family Estate

Our client is seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Support & Personal Assistant to work at the heart of a successful family estate. This dynamic role combines office management with personal support, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a busy environment and is ready to take on a wide range of responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
* Office & Administrative Support: Manage phone calls, post, filing, and deliveries. Assist with contractors and renewals (insurance, utilities), and handle tech issues.
* Event Coordination: Organise and manage events (weddings, conferences, family gatherings), including bookings, RSVPs, and logistics.
* Household & Family Management: Coordinate family calendars, arrange travel, book appointments, and run errands. Help with school admin, pet care, and personal tasks.
* Financial & Vendor Management: Assist with budgeting, expenses, liaising with accountants, and managing suppliers and contractors.
* Special Projects: Support with household moves, home improvements, and family events. Help with travel arrangements and occasional pick‑ups.
