Job Description
Relationship Manager (Portfolio Management)
Location: Reading, 3–4 days a week in the office.
You will manage a portfolio of clients and report to the COO.
Responsibilities
* Manage and grow client relationships in line with credit and risk policies.
* Provide proactive, high-quality client solutions.
* Mentor Account Executives and review portfolio performance.
* Conduct regular credit reviews and support monthly portfolio meetings.
* Handle payment requests, overpayments, and risk escalations.
* Support revenue retention and business development.
* Underwrite new deals within authority levels and SLAs.
Requirements
* Experience in Invoice Discounting or Factoring.
* Strong credit and risk management skills.
* Proven success in portfolio management and client relationships.
* Independent, proactive, and highly organised.
* Excellent communication and team leadership skills.
