* We're Hiring! HR/Payroll Support Administrator

Love admin and people? You're in the right place.

We're looking for an enthusiastic and organised Administrator to join our busy, fast-paced HR/Payroll department. If you're great with admin, enjoy helping others, and want to be part of a friendly team – we'd love to hear from you.

* About the role:

You'll be the go-to person for HR/Payroll admin support – helping with everything from new starters and recruitment to keeping our records up to date. No two days are the same, and you'll be right at the heart of our people operations.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives behind the scenes, likes ticking things off a list, and doesn't mind getting stuck in when things are busy.

* What you'll be doing:
* Helping with HR/Payroll administration
* Keeping employee records and systems up to date
* Supporting the existing HR/Payroll team with day-to-day HR queries
* General office/admin support (think filing, scanning, managing spreadsheets – all the fun stuff!)

* What we're looking for:
* Someone who's friendly, helpful, and loves a bit of structure
* Good communication skills (you'll be chatting with people at all levels)
* Great attention to detail – especially with electronic documents and systems
* Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Admin experience (HR experience is a bonus, but not a deal-breaker)
* Location: Stoneacre Head Office, Thorne
* Hours: 24 hours per week - Days negotiable
* Salary: National Minimum Wage
