Role:
We’re looking for a motivated and results-driven Associate Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will support the full sales cycle—from prospecting and lead qualification to closing deals. You’ll work closely with our sales team and will learn to run cadences to help expand our customer base and drive revenue growth. The associate sales executive position requires a results-driven, highly motivated individual to support the GRC Solutions Sales Strategy.
Duties:
* Identify and prioritize high quality prospects and inbound lead follow-up
* Qualifying and closing opportunities in accordance with agreed criteria, and exceeding target expectations
* Understand prospects' requirements and identify if GRC can fulfil those requirements
* Professionally and passionately represent the GRC brand, vision, and values at all times
* Maintain a complete, accurate, up-to-date sales pipeline and activities log using the GRC pipeline software
* Ability to qualify opportunities and handle objections
* Become an expert in the GRC product value proposition and usage
* Collaborate with our Sales Operations Manager to set up sales cadences to support sales activity
Required Skills:
* Possess the flexibility to work in a fast-moving environment
* Excellent interpersonal, written and spoken communication skills
* Passion for technology and how it can disrupt the status quo
* Possess the highest level of integrity; be coachable and a team player
* Proficient in MS Office products (Excel, Word, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint)
* Experience with social media and CRM Software preferred
* Attention to detail
Required Experience and/or Education:
* Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing and communications or related field required
* Experience in sales via telephone, email, social media or retail is preferred
