Salary: £45,000 - 45,000 per year Requirements: Educated to Degree level or equivalent experience Excellent demonstrable knowledge of SQL and VBA Commercially focused with strong knowledge in finance, desirable experience in an accounts role Substantial experience of business analysis and reporting within the Facilities Management or Property Services Sector Experience of Northgate, Promaster, Riskbase and other similar Asset Management or CAFM systems Understanding of continuous improvement methodologies within a Property Services environment would be beneficial Understanding of data value and ability to interpret it for operational and strategic decision-making Responsibilities: Design and deliver a real-time KPI reporting suite to support improved performance against key financial, operational, and strategic targets Effectively present and communicate compliance data using various matrices to show overall compliance of the organization Support the Head of Assurance & Audit to embed a monthly reporting cycle and develop an operating rhythm aligned to statutory, financial, and operational reporting needs Provide timely and accurate data to assist in compiling accurate budgets and forecasts Curate and manage software systems used by the Compliance & Technical department Technologies: CAFM Support SQL VBA More: At Metropolitan Thames Valley Housing, we envision a future where everyone has a home and the opportunity to live well.
