ECHO Personnel are recruiting a permanent Shift Maintenance Engineer to join a well-established leader in plastic recycling and packaging manufacturing based in Corby. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a hands-on role where your skills will directly impact production efficiency and site performance.

Key Responsibilities:
* Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) to ensure smooth production operations
* Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns and minimise downtime
* Repair and maintain machinery efficiently to support continuous operations
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organised engineering workshop
* Assist with shift handovers and manage engineering job lists
* Work closely with the Engineering Manager, Shift Supervisors, and production teams
* Monitor spare parts inventory and report critical requirements
* Ensure all health & safety procedures, PPE use, and housekeeping standards are followed
Requirements:
* Engineering or maintenance experience xsngvjr in a manufacturing or industrial environment
* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
* Proactive approach to maintenance and health & safety
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Flexible and adaptable to a rotating shift pattern
