CMA HR is assisting with a supportive organisation to recruit an Employee Relations Manager on a permanent basis. The role is working remotely with occasional travel for team meetings.
The role supports the Employee Relations team, ensuring proactive and timely case management to business leaders.
What will the Employee Relations Manager role involve?
1. Work in partnership with senior managers to prepare and implement the HR Plan. Drive delivery of all elements of the HR Plan with your team, ensuring deadlines are met.
2. Collaborate within a designated team to develop and embed a professional, solution-focused service.
3. Supervise and develop a small team.
4. Provide sound advice and guidance, supporting leaders to handle investigations, disciplinaries, grievances, performance management issues, and sickness absence sensitively and in line with policy principles.
5. Contribute insights to the ongoing development of employment-related people policies and procedures.
Suitable Candidate for Employee Relations Manager vacancy:
* Possess in-depth knowledge of employment law, core HR practices, and experience in employment relations case management.
* CIPD Level 7 qualification is desirable.
* Ability to work autonomously, reacting promptly to issues as they arise to mitigate impact and reduce business risk.
