About the Role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Drama Teacher to join our vibrant and creative faculty for an immediate start. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate educator to inspire students across Key Stages 3 and 4 (and Key Stage 5, if applicable), fostering a love for performance, creativity, and expression.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging and high-quality Drama lessons
Inspire students of all abilities to develop confidence, creativity, and performance skills
Contribute to school productions, extracurricular activities, and enrichment opportunities
Assess, monitor, and support student progress in line with school policies
Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance the performing arts provision
The Ideal Candidate Will:
Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Have experience teaching Drama at secondary level
Be passionate about the performing arts and student development
Demonstrate strong classroom management and organisational skills
Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
