Second Line Support Engineer
We’re looking for an experienced Second Line Support Engineer to join a tight-knit IT team based in Crawley. You’ll provide technical support across Microsoft technologies, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and great customer service.
Key responsibilities:
* Deliver 2nd line support for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices
* Administer Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Intune
* Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
* Manage incidents and service requests
* Assist with upgrades, patching, and documentation
What we’re looking for:
* Proven 2nd line support experience
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, AD, and Intune
* Good understanding of Windows 10/11 and basic networking
* Clear communicator and team player with a proactive approach
