Many of the young people have experienced developmental trauma, are neurodivergent, or have social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs. You’ll manage your own caseload with the support of a clinical supervisor and site lead, contributing to individual therapy plans, staff training, consultation, and school-wide development initiatives.
