We wish to appoint a Commissioning Co-ordinator to join our Projects & Commissioning Team on a full-time, permanent basis.

The Role
As our Commissioning Co-ordinator, you will ensure our activities are well-organised, compliant, and delivered to a high standard across a range of engineering projects.
Specifically, you will ensure all necessary documentation is prepared ahead of engineer site visits. This includes producing Risk Assessments, Method Statements, and complete document packs in line with the Commissioning Plan and working with the Commissioning Manager, Project Manager and the Design and Production departments.
Beyond this, you will also review returned Commissioning Diary Sheets, raise any issues with the relevant teams, and oversee the timely collation of all commissioning documentation for final project handover.
Additionally, you will:
- Manage calibration and portable appliance testing to ensure quality compliance
- Maintain and update the Projects and Commissioning Asset Register
- Ensure all records are accurately returned and collated
- Prepare commissioning records for inclusion in the final O&M documentation
About You
To be considered as a Commissioning Co-ordinator, you will need:
- At least two years experience with a mechanical and/or electrical discipline
- A good track record of document control and production
- Strong project co-ordination and communication skills
- Effective IT skills and competency in the use of Microsoft Office packages
- At a minimum, an ONC/D, NVQ level II or City & Guilds Level 2 or equivalent qualification in a mechanical/electrical discipline
- A full, valid driving licence
