Our client, a highly respected regional law firm with a long-standing presence in the South Yorkshire market, is seeking a talented Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to join their growing team.
You will play an important role in supporting fee earners with a wide range of residential conveyancing matters, ensuring transactions progress efficiently while maintaining exceptional client service. This role offers excellent exposure to the full conveyancing process in a supportive and collaborative team environment.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside experienced fee earners on a varied caseload of residential property transactions while building your knowledge and progressing your legal career.
What you’ll be doing:
* Assisting fee earners with a varied caseload of residential property transactions
* Managing and progressing transactions under supervision
* Preparing legal correspondence, forms, and documentation in line with instructions
* Handling client enquiries, taking instructions, and providing updates throughout transactions
* Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, financial advisers, and other legal professionals
* Facilitating exchange of contracts and preparing financial statements
* Preparing and submitting SDLT returns and certificates of title for advance funds
What we’re looking for:
* Experience in a residential conveyancing role
* Good understanding of residential conveyancing procedures and processes
* Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
* Confident communication skills with a proactive and professional approach
* Ability to manage tasks efficiently in a fast-paced legal environment
