As part of our continued growth, were looking for a Client Relationship Manager to take ownership of key client accounts and strengthen existing relationships. The Role This is a relationship-focused role, not a hard sales position. Youll be responsible for managing and developing existing client relationships, ensuring excellent service delivery, and acting as a trusted point of contact. Youll work closely with recruitment and operations teams to ensure clients staffing needs are met efficiently and professionally. Key Responsibilities Manage and develop a portfolio of existing client accounts Build strong, trusted relationships with key client stakeholders Conduct regular client meetings and site visits Ensure service levels, KPIs, and SLAs are consistently met Handle issues or escalations quickly and professionally Identify opportunities to improve service and add value Maintain accurate client records on the CRM Act as the bridge between clients and internal teams About You Experience in account management, client services, or recruitment Strong communication and relationship-building skills Professional, organised, and solutions-focused Comfortable managing multiple client relationships Full UK driving licence Recruitment industry experience is desirable but not essential What We Offer £35,000 basic salary Company car Supportive leadership and collaborative culture Long-term career progression opportunities Employee-owned business with a genuine people-first ethos Interested?
