We are looking for a proactive and adaptable Sales and Operations Assistant to join a busy Head Office team. This role offers variety and the opportunity to support multiple departments and stores, with no two days the same. About the Role As part of a fast-paced department, you will provide operational and administrative support across Head Office and retail stores. Responsibilities include: * Collecting and entering data across the department. * Providing operational support to stores and Head Office teams. * Offering first-line support for store retail queries, directing enquiries to the appropriate department when needed. * Assisting with employee travel arrangements. * Creating and managing users on in-house systems. * Administering staff discount cards and training documentation. * Recording Health & Safety reports. * Producing and distributing various operational reports. * Supporting HR enquiries from Head Office and store staff. * Assisting with recruitment for new store openings.
