Role: Assistant Manager
You will work alongside the Centre Manager to provide effective management and leadership, driving profitability with a strong focus on the customer journey. Ideally, you will have hands-on experience as a mechanic, as you will divide your time between the workshop, working alongside technicians, and assisting the Centre Manager with daily sales and customer service.

* Ability to deliver high customer satisfaction and effective management
* Experience in coaching and training colleagues
* Technical/Mechanical skills or experience
* Knowledge of Health and Safety compliance standards
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* IT proficiency and willingness to learn in-house systems
* Good time management
* Valid driving license
