We are currently recruiting a Store Operative to join our team in Brixton. This role includes supervising prisoners as part of daily operational duties, so professionalism, respect, and strong communication skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities
Working as Part of the Stores Team
1. Assist with goods in and out of the facility
2. Support order fulfilment and deliveries for all departments
3. Maintain accurate stock control
4. Carry out general store-person duties, including: Laundry operations Back gate security checks Grounds maintenance General labouring tasks
Supervision & Support
5. Supervise prisoners undertaking: Bin collections Litter picking Laundry tasks Stores deliveries
Facilities & Grounds
6. Assist with bins, waste management and overall site cleanliness
7. Support grounds maintenance activities
