An excellent opportunity has now arisen for a Care Co-ordinator to join our home care team in Dudley on a permanent full-time basis.
Homecare For You is a specialist provider of high-quality home care services. We are looking for kind, compassionate, and highly motivated people to join our Dudley branch and support our staff caring for the elderly and vulnerable, in their own homes.
Previous experience as a Care Co-ordinator is essential. Experience of Rota Management and Electronic Call Monitoring Systems is essential, as you will be required to undertake Co-ordinating. Diploma/NVQ level 3 (or above), in Health and Social Care, essential.

* To be able to undertake initial care needs assessments, reviews, and writing of all care documents, including care plans and risk assessments.
