Customer Service Advisor
Location: Swavesey, Cambridgeshire

We’re currently looking for a friendly, professional, and highly organised Customer Service Advisor to be the welcoming face and voice of our busy automotive repair centre in Swavesey. This role is key to ensuring every customer receives an outstanding experience from first contact through to vehicle collection.
Key Responsibilities:
14. Greet customers warmly, both in person and over the phone
15. Manage repair bookings, vehicle handovers, and customer updates
16. Liaise with technicians, insurers, and suppliers to ensure smooth communication
17. Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
18. Maintain accurate records with strong attention to detail
What We’re Looking For:
19. Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role
(Automotive experience is beneficial but not essential)
20. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
21. Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage multiple tasks
22. Good IT skills and confidence learning new systems
23. A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service
