Justteachers are currently recruiting for a SEMH Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a vibrant specialist school in the Colne area on a long-term basis. The full-time post is due to start in September 2025, with shortlisting currently taking place.

Key responsibilities of the role include:
* Providing targeted support to students with SEMH needs, both in small groups and one-to-one settings
* Supporting teachers in delivering engaging and accessible lessons
* Assisting in the development and implementation of behaviour management strategies
To be considered for this role, candidates must have:
* A relevant HLTA qualification or equivalent experience
* Proven experience supporting students with SEMH needs
* Strong knowledge of behaviour management strategies and SEN best practices
* Two education or school-based references
