Responsibilities
* To work as part of a team providing holistic care to the 24 patients.
* There will be opportunity for team building with team study days and development within your role.
* We specialise in Plastic Surgery patients and have a strong link with the Burns unit as patients transition to be discharged.
* This will include all observations, health and hygiene needs and promoting mobilisation.
* You will be required to use computer skills and keep mandatory training up to date.
* You will be expected to work within the multidisciplinary team and have good clear communication skills.
* We hope to provide our patients with individualised patient centred care.
