What You’ll Do
* Assist guests with enquiries about reservations for all nine Dorchester Collection hotels, process bookings via telephone and email, and follow up to ensure an excellent guest experience.
* Persuade and engage guests to close sales over the phone and/or via email.
* Prioritise tasks, multitask and adapt in a fast‑paced environment to meet response time targets.
* Apply the values of Passion, Personality, Respect, Working Together and Creativity to create a legacy of service.
* Adapt quickly to new technology and systems to deliver the best service.
The operational hours are shift‑based. Current shifts: Monday to Friday 07:00 – 22:00; Saturday and Sunday 08:00 – 20:00.
What You’ll Bring

* Comfortable communicating in English – native or proficient command of Arabic, spoken and written.
