We are supporting a well established family office looking to expand their tax team. Their Head of Tax is looking for a Tax Manager to join them in what is a newly created role. This is a broad role - covering compliance, reporting, advisory and project work.
The role would suit an individual with strong corporate tax compliance experience - keen to leverage this and build an advisory skill set as well.
The role:
* Tax accounting on a monthly and quarterly basis
* Assist with UK tax return fillings
* Transfer pricing support
* Support with various other taxes including VAT, P11d's, Stamp Duty, R&D
* Support with tax audit work
* Work on the tax risk assessment and framework - ensuring this is kept up to date
* Tax project work - restructures/deals/ad-hoc queries
What we are looking for:
* ACA/CTA or equivalent qualified
* Strong corporate tax compliance
