Contract Type & Hours: Permanent, Part-time (30 hours/week, flexible between 9am-5pm)
Salary: £53,755 - £60,504 per annum pro rata, Band 8a
Role Overview
We seek a Senior Psychological Therapist to support individuals affected by birth trauma or perinatal loss within our Maternal Mental Health Service. The role involves professional development, service development, and team collaboration. The service operates Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm, primarily in North Kent, with travel across Kent and Medway required.
Candidate Requirements
* Substantial, trauma-focused therapeutic experience aligned with NICE guidelines.
* NHS experience is not mandatory.

Qualifications & Experience
* Doctoral training in clinical/counselling psychology or postgraduate training in CBT or psychological theory.
* Registration with professional bodies such as HCPC, BACP, BABCP, or EMDR UK.
* Experience in Perinatal or Adult mental health, supervision, and delivering therapeutic interventions.
