We are seeking Qualified, nurturing and experienced Teachers to work in one of our SEN Primary schools in the Oldham area. You will play an important role in education children who have a wide range of needs ranging from autism, profound and multiple learning difficulties (PMLD), high anxiety, emotional and communication challenges, and medical needs. You will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons tailored to individual EHCPs, while fostering a safe and supportive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver creative, differentiated lessons for primary-aged pupils
* Adapt teaching to meet individual EHCP targets and learning styles
* Create a nurturing, inclusive, and structured classroom environment
* Support pupils with communication difficulties, anxiety, and medical needs
* Implement effective behaviour management and de-escalation strategies
* Work collaboratively with support staff, therapists, and school leadership
* Monitor progress and contribute to student reviews and reports
Requirements
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Experience working with children with complex SEN needs
* Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service
* Up-to-date Safeguarding Training (Provided)
* Two professional references covering the last 2 years

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
